By accessing or using ImgShare ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

ImgShare provides a free image hosting and sharing service. Users can upload images, generate shareable links, and use basic image editing tools. We offer both anonymous uploads and registered accounts with additional features.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

Only upload content you own or have permission to share
Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Not use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - immediately reported to authorities
Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
Copyrighted material without authorization
Malware, viruses, or harmful code
Personal information of others without consent
Content that violates any applicable law

Violation of these rules will result in immediate content removal and may lead to account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant ImgShare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content, except for cached copies.

The ImgShare name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please contact us at dmca@img-sharing.com with:

Description of the copyrighted work
URL of the infringing content
Your contact information
Statement of good faith belief
Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
Your physical or electronic signature

7. Service Limitations

Maximum file size: 10MB per image
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
Images may be deleted if not accessed for 180 days (anonymous uploads)
We reserve the right to limit uploads or bandwidth for abuse prevention

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, DATA PRESERVATION, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMGSHARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
